Ingredients
1. Uzhunnu/ UradDaal – 1cup
2. PachaAri/ White Rice – 1tbsp
3. Chopped Green Chilli -2nos
4. Chopped Ginger
5. Chopped Curry Leaves
6. Chopped Onion – 1medium sized
7. Salt – To taste
8. Sunflower oil – For frying
Instructions
1. Wash and soak Uzhunnu/Urad Daal in water for 1hour, added with 1tbsp of white Rice.
2. After 1hour grind Uzhunnu/UradDaal in a blender by adding a little of soaked water. Grind them into a fine paste
3. Add Chopped Green Chilli Ginger Curry Leaves, and give it a pulse Grind. Move the batter into a bowl. 4. Add Chopped Onion and Salt,Mixand beat the batter well for around 10mins.At the same time Put oil in a pan for frying. 5. When the oil heats in a medium flame, Dip the hand in water and take some portion of batter, flatten and put a hole in centre with thumb.Face our palm towards the oil,drop into hot oil by shaking your fingers gently. 6. Fry it on both sides for 5-6mins. When the Vadas turns slight golden colour, carry out to a strainer. Now our super soft Uzhunnuvada/MeduVada is ready
