Ingredients
1. Soya Chunks–1cup
2. Egg – 2nos
3. Red Chilli Powder–2tsp
4. Turmeric Powder – 1/4tsp
5. Pepper Powder – 1 ½ tsp
6. Corn Flour – 2tbsp (You can also use maida)
7. Sunflower Oil–3tbsp
8. Thinly sliced Ginger & Garlic–2tbsp
9. Onion sliced lengthwise – 2medium sized
10. Tomato sliced lengthwise – 2medium sized
11. Salt – As needed
12. Coriander Powder–1 ½ tsp
13. Tomato Sause – 1tbsp(Here I used FruitomansTomato sauce,
It has a slight Sweet flavour. If you use the other Tomato sauces add 1tsp
Of sugar too)
14. Green Chilli Slit lengthwise –2nos
Instructions
1. In a boiling water add salt and Soya Chunks. Cook for 2minutes and
Keep it aside.
2. When it’s cooled squeeze and remove it’s water content,then keep
It in a bowl. Add eggs, Red Chilli Powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder
Corn flour. Mix and marinate them well ,keep it in a refrigerator for 15minutes
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Marinated soya Chunks. Carry and keep it aside.
4.In the same pan add oil ,thinly sliced Ginger Garlic. Saute and add onions.
Add some salt and when the onions turn into slight brown in colour add sliced
Tomatoes. Close with a lid and cook them in a high flame for 1minute
5. Add Pepper Powder,Red Chilli Powder, Coriander powder. Now add Tomato sauce and
Mix well. Saute till the masala smell goes and add the fried Soya Chunks.Mix them and
Add Green Chilli. Give a Nice mix and our Soya Fry Roast is ready.
