Easy Chilli Chicken Dry



This is not the authentic Chilli Chicken Recipe because here in my chilli chicken i have added Tomatoes and skipped Capsicums,Bell peppers So if you love to have the authentic one Add Capsicums or bell peppers, Red Chilli Sause and skip Tomatoes, Tomato Sause. Rest of the ingredients and preparation are same.



Ingredients 

For Marination 

1.  Boneless Chicken – 500gm Cube Size Cut
2.  Ginger Garlic – 200gm Crushed or Paste
3.  Pepper Powder -2tsp
4.  Salt – To taste
5.  Egg – 1nos
6.  CornFlour – 1tbsp
7.  Maida/All Purpose flour – 2tbsp
8.  Soya Sause – 2tsp

For Preparation 

9.  Sunflower Oil
10.  Ginger Garlic – Chopped
11.  Onions,Tomatoes,Green Chilli – Cut in cube size
If you don’t like tomatoes you can avoid it. And You can also add capsicums too
12.  Salt
13.  Soya Sause -2tsp
14.  Pepper Powder – 1tsp
15.  Sugar – A pinch
16.  Tomato Sause -1tsp
17.  Vinegar – 1tsp

You can add Spring Onion and Celery chopped For garnishing 

 Instructions 

1.  Wash and clean the boneless chicken.Cut them into cubes. Marinate them with Ginger garlic paste,Pepper powder,Soya sause,corn flour,maida and egg. Keep the marinated chicken pieces in refrigerator for 30minutes.

2.  After 30 minutes ,Heat a kadai with oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces. Fry till they become golden colour. Take it out and keep aside.


3.  In a pan or a wide wok heat oil and add chopped ginger garlic. Saute it for around 1minute. When brown colour appears add cube size cut onions,tomatoes,green chilli. Saute it for around 2-3minutes. Add some salt,Soya Sause,Pepper Powder,Sugar,Vinegar and tomato sause. Mix them well

You can also Add Capsicum or bell peppers if you like and skip cube cut tomatoes. You can also add Red Chilli Sause or Skip Tomato Sause,Change according to your taste.


4.  Add the fried chicken, mix and coat them well with the sause. Now you can garnish with spring onions and celery. Serve them hot

If you want more gravy adjust it by adding some cornflour mixed water,Before adding the fried chicken
