Easy 10Min Potato Curry


This is a Vegetarian recipe that goes well as a SUPER Tasty side dish for Puri/Batura , Chappatis/Rotis, Dosa, Pathal etc.


Ingredients 

1. Potatoes - 2 nos 
2. Water 
3. Salt 
4. Oil 
5. Mustard Seeds - 1Tsp 
6. Curry Leaves 
7. Onion - 1 chopped 
8. Green Chillies - 4 thin slit 
9. Ginger Garlic - 4 and small piece finely chopped 
10. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp 
11. Coriander Powder - 1Tbsp 
12. Fennel Seed Powder - 1/4 Tsp 
13. Coconut Milk - 1cup 

Instructions 


 1. In a Pressure Cooker add Medium Size cut Potato. Add some water and salt , cook for 1 or 2 whistles.

2. In a pan add oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves,Onion. Saute well and add a very little salt. Add green Chillies, Ginger,Garlic. saute for 3 - 4 mins.


3. When onions turns a light brown colour add turmeric powder, Coriander Powder, Fennel Seed Powder,Saute till the Masala Smell goes.


4. Now add Cooked Potatoes along with its water. Mix well. Boil it. Add thick Coconut Milk.


5. Mix and wait for it to boil. (You can adjust the gravy level according to your desire) Switch Off the flame. (It gets more thicker when it's cooled)


And now our easy Potato curry is ready
