Easy 10Min Kerala Style Tomato Fry



Ingredients 

1. Oil (Sunflower/Coconut) - 2Tbsp
2. Curry Leaves
3. Mustard Seeds - 1Tsp
4. Onions - 3 roundly sliced
5. Green Chilli -3 chopped
6. Tomato - 3 Round sliced
7. Salt - as per taste
8. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1Tbsp
9. Tomato Sauce - 3 Tbsp
10. Hot Water - A little

Instructions 


1. In a pan add oil,to it add Mustard seeds,Then curry leaves and Onions,Green Chillies. Add some salt and Saute. Until it turns light brown in colour.


2. Next add tomatoes, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Tomato Sauce. Mix well and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes.


3. Add some hot water. In LoW flame slightly cook the tomatoes. When u feel the tomatoes are lightly cooked turnoff the flame.
