Ingredients
1. Paneer – 200gms
2. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
3. Turmeric powder – 1pinch
4. Ghee – ½ tsp
5. Oil – 2Tbsp
6. Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
7. Cinnamon Stick – 1
8. Cloves – 3
9. Bay leaf
10. Finely chopped onion – 2nos
11. Tomato Puree
12. Ginger and Garlic – finely chopped
13. Red chilli powder – 1tbsp
14. Coriander Powder – 1Tbsp
15. Cumin Powder – ½ Tbsp
16. Curd – 3Tbsp
17. Salt
18. Garam Masala
19. Kasuri Methi – 1Tbsp
20. Hot water
Instructions
1. Take paneer cubes , put red chilli powder, a pinch of Turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
In a pan add ghee and roast the marinated paneer cubes for 2mins in medium flame on all sides.
Keep it aside
2. In another pan add oil,ghee, chopped Ginger Garlic, Cumin seeds, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Bay leaf and Onions. Saute till the onion turns into light brown.
Add the tomato puree. Saute well and add Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Pinch of Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Garam Masala.

3. Add curd (Curd must be beaten well). Mix well . Add hot water as required(Note that the gravy gets thickened so add according to your desire). Add some salt.
Boil it for 5minutes. Now add the roasted paneer . Gently Mix with the gravy and season it with some kasuri methi.
4. Switch off the flame and Our Paneer Masala is ready to serve with Rotis chappathis Naan etc
