Green Chilli Fried Rice



Ingredients 


1.  Basmati Rice – 2cup 
2.  Ginger – ½ size small piece 
3.  Garlic – 3cloves 
4.  Onions – 1Large Chopped 
5.  Salt – To Taste 
6.  Green Chilli – 4nos (Grind to a Paste Form
7.  Soya Sauce – 1Tsp
8.  Gree Chilli Sauce – 1Tsp 
9.  Pepper powder – ¼ Tsp 
10.  Carrot – 2finely chopped 
11.  Beans – 3or4 
12.  Spring Onions – 1/4cup finely chopped 
13.  Sunflower oil – 1tsp 

Instructions 


1.  Wash the rice and soak it for 30minutes. Drain the water and transfer the rice to a Pressure Cooker and cook with 3cups of water. Cook upto 2 or 3 whistles. Remember the rice has to be 90percent cooked. Allow the rice to cool completely


2.  Heat oil in a pan add Ginger,Garlic,Onions . Add same salt and stir fry on high heat for few minutes till the onions turn a slight brown in colour. Add the Soya Sauce, Green Chilli Paste and Green Chilli Sauce. Add pepper powder and Saute well


3.  Mix the cooked rice with the mixture. Check the taste and adjust the salt as required. Now our Green Chilli Fried Rice is ready to Serve!!!!!
