Butter Chicken | Butter Chicken Recipe



Ingredients 


To Marinate Chicken


1.  BoneLess Chicken - 200grams 
2.  Pound Ginger & Garlic - 1tsp 
3.  Curd - 2tsp 
4.  Lemon Juice - 1/2 
5.  Kashmiri chilli Powder - 1tsp 
6.  Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp 
7.  Salt-1/2 tsp 
8.  Oil- - 1Tbsp 

To Make Masala Paste 


1.  Butter - 1Tbsp 
2.  Oil - 1Tbsp 
3.  Onion - 2Nos Chopped 
4.  Pound Ginger & Garlic - 1tsp 
5.  Tomato - 3Nos Chopped 
6.  Kashmiri Red Chilli - 3Nos 
7.  Salt - 1tsp 
8.  Cumin Powder - 1tsp 
9.  Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp 
10.  Garam Masala - 1tsp 
11.  Cashew - 10Nos 

To Make Butter Chicken 


1.  Butter - 2Tbsp 
2.  Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1Tsp 
3.  Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup 
4.  Kasuri Methi 
5.  Coriander Leaves 

Instructions 


1.  Take the boneless chicken pieces in a bowl,add lemon juice,curd,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala,salt

2.  Mix everything well and marinate the chicken for 30minutes


3.  Heat the pan and add some oil

4.  Fry the chicken pieces till they are cooked and keep them aside


5.  In a pan heat some oil and butter,add onions ginger,garlic and saute them


6.  Once they have turned brown add tomatoes,cashew,and saute them


7.  Add Kashmiri red chillis,cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt add 3tbsp of water and cook them until the raw smell goes and they become mushy.


8.  Once they are cooked cool them and grind them to a fine puree


9.  Heat the same pan add some butter,red chilli powder,and add the puree onto the pan and add half cup of water into it


10.  Bring the gravy to a boil,add the fried chicken pieces and fresh cream and simmer the gravy for about 10minutes


11.  Finally add kasuri methi and coriander leaves and mix well



12.  Now our butter chicken is ready to serve. Serve hot with rotti,naan,pulao.
